Care:

  • Store the bands in a dry place for maximum durability.
  • Avoid prolonged heat, direct sunlight, and dust.
  • Transport rolled up in the included transport bag to prevent damage from your gym bag’s zipper.
  • The resistance bands can be washed with water and soap and then hung to dry.
  • Pro tip: Sprinkle with talcum powder after cleaning for maximum durability.
  • Replace the band if there are any tears or damages.

Resistance:

  • Ultra Light – The lightest band for warm-ups and technique correction in exercises like front lever & planche. Resistance: 2-7kg.
  • Light – Minor support for warm-ups, stretching, assistance in pull-ups & muscle-ups, and mastering techniques like front lever & planche. Resistance: 5-15kg.
  • Medium – The versatile band for assistance in pull-ups & muscle-ups, learning front lever & planche, increasing reps, and making dips & push-ups harder. Resistance: 7,5-15kg.
  • Heavy – The heavy-duty band for learning pull-ups & muscle-ups, leg workouts with squats & deadlifts, strong resistance in dips & push-ups, and sprint training. Resistance: 10-25kg.

Tip: Bands can be combined, e.g., use medium and light simultaneously for front lever. Progress by removing a band in the next session.
