Resistance:
- Ultra Light – The lightest band for warm-ups and technique correction in exercises like front lever & planche. Resistance: 2-7kg.
- Light – Minor support for warm-ups, stretching, assistance in pull-ups & muscle-ups, and mastering techniques like front lever & planche. Resistance: 5-15kg.
- Medium – The versatile band for assistance in pull-ups & muscle-ups, learning front lever & planche, increasing reps, and making dips & push-ups harder. Resistance: 7,5-15kg.
- Heavy – The heavy-duty band for learning pull-ups & muscle-ups, leg workouts with squats & deadlifts, strong resistance in dips & push-ups, and sprint training. Resistance: 10-25kg.
Tip: Bands can be combined, e.g., use medium and light simultaneously for front lever. Progress by removing a band in the next session.
