    How Calisthenics
    changed my life

    Being younger I didn’t like my body. I was skinny (53 kg/175 cm) and really hated the way I looked. Because of that I was not confident at all…

    7 years ago at the age of 18 I started working out in my backyard and my life has changed completely! I quickly switched my focus from building muscle and getting huge to Calisthenics. Because I thought it was cooler to achieve full-bodycontrol than just more sexy looking weight on your body.

    Meanwhile sport, healthy lifestyle and nutrition is a huge topic in my life and I’ve learned a lot over the years. But this journey changed my life much more mentally in relation to my environment, self-confidence, motivation and discipline.

    Which course is the best for me?

    Each course includes a section in which you can find the strength requirements for each level. Get familiar with the content of each program and make the decision based on what skills you want to learn.

    Can I work out at home? What equipment do I need?

    Yes of course! While creating the courses, I focused on including less additional equipment as possible so that everyone could perform the workouts. There are small requirements if we want our trainings to be effective and make sense. You will only need a pull up and dip bar. Resistance Bands will also be helpful.

    I want to lose/gain weight. Can I achieve it?

    Achieving your desired physique is the primary focus of my nutrition guide. These courses are designed to be effective for individuals aiming to build muscle mass or shed fat tissue. The key distinction lies in the caloric intake, which can be tailored to your goals. I highly recommend to buy this guide, to optimize your results.

    Should I focus on my nutrition too?

    I highly recommend investing in my Nutrition Guide. No matter how great your workout program is, it won’t deliver optimal results without proper nutrition. If you find yourself not gaining or losing weight, chances are your caloric intake and macro-nutrients might be off. My Nutrition Guide provides a detailed, step-by-step approach to help you organize your diet effectively.

    How many times per week will I train with the program?

    My courses consists of 3 to 4 workouts per week as its foundation. The workout volume has been meticulously calculated to guarantee optimal progression with this frequency of training. Additionally, the program provides clear instructions on how to modify the workouts for individuals interested in more frequent training sessions.

    I have concerns about not knowing how to properly execute certain exercises

    I’ve ensured that each exercise is thoroughly explained through video tutorials. Professional animations guide you on the correct form and highlight the specific muscles engaged in each exercise, providing a comprehensive understanding of proper technique.

    Yes, there are many athletes out there that offer courses and e-books. So you are really welcome to continue looking and reduce more time to find the perfect one for you.     On the way from the beginner to a planche king you will need much more courses or coachings because of the tones of knowledge and experience needed to achieve those skills. So this one won’t be your last eBook or Course on your jouney.
